MCM’s seasonal sales happen twice a year. You can sign up HERE to receive a personalized invitation to each sale, as well as alerts about other exclusive promotions and events. Unfortunately, we cannot offer price adjustments on items purchased during a sale, or on promotional items that have been temporarily reduced in price. Please also note that sale purchases are final and no refunds or exchanges are available.
Account registration is not necessary for shopping and placing orders, but it does come with benefits. With an MCM account, you can:
● Track your orders and review past purchases
● Manage your personal data and save your preferred settings
● Manage your account details and address book
● Receive email alerts about online events, exclusive products and special promotions

We understand why you’d want to get your MCM items as fast as possible, so we work closely with our shipping partner to minimize any delays. Shipping time is calculated from the moment an order is accepted and includes two business days for processing and dispatching. (Note: Processing may take longer during our sale periods or other high-peak seasons.) We offer complimentary ground shipping to addresses within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and expedited shipping for the following extra charges:
UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping - Complimentary
UPS or FedEx 2 Day Shipping - $25.00
UPS or FedEx Next Day Shipping - $35.00
We do not ship Ground to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 2 pm EST in order to be shipped the same day
We require a signature for all deliveries and therefore do not ship to PO Boxes
In addition to the United States, we accept orders from Puerto Rico. We currently do not ship international orders.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and tracking number. If you have an account at the MCM Online Store, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment at your “My Account” link. If you do not have a registered account, you can still track your orders using your order tracking number here.
Once your order is placed, we’ll be unable to change or cancel it, so please check your shopping bag carefully before finalizing your order. If you decide you don’t want something, you can return it within 30 days, unless it is a final sale item.
