The MCM online store is operated directly by the brand and is the official online distributor for MCM products. Therefore, all of the items you purchase here are guaranteed 100% authentic. We cannot comment on the authenticity of items purchased elsewhere on the Internet.
MCM items are meticulously constructed to endure for years to come, but occasionally the adventurous lives of our customers can take a toll. Our products carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If, in this time, you detect a fault in your MCM product, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost (original proof of purchase required). Beyond the warranty period, we do offer a repair service for a fee. Please fill out our Product Repair Form, and our repairs team will be in touch within 1-3 days to make arrangements.
