Frequently Asked Questions

We currently ship to the United States, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

Shipping time is calculated from the moment an order is accepted and includes two business days for processing and dispatching. We offer the following options for shipments to addresses within the United States.

UPS Ground Shipping - Complimentary

UPS 2 Day Shipping - $25.00

UPS Next Day Shipping - $35.00

We do not ship Ground to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico

Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 2pm EST in order to be shipped the same day

We require a signature for all deliveries and therefore do not ship to PO Boxes

Your order will be shipped in a neutral box to discourage theft. Inside, your items will be wrapped in tissue paper. Accessories and shoes will be boxed, while handbags and large leather goods will be delivered in an MCM fabric bag for protection.

Once your return has been checked and processed by our warehouse you will receive a notification by email. The refund will be processed to the debit or credit card originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Please note that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund.

In order to get your order into your hands as quickly as possible, we now offer in-store pickup on select items. See In-Store Pickup section for details.

We understand why you’d want to get your MCM items as fast as possible, so we work closely with our shipping partner to minimize any delays. Processing time is calculated from the moment an order is placed on the website and includes two business days for processing and dispatching. Processing may take longer during our sale periods or other high-peak seasons. There may also be a delay if we need to confirm your details with your card issuer or due to product availability. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
