We consider the entire design and production process with the goal of meeting our sustainability mandates. To achieve these goals, we are working with innovative fibers like ECONYL® yarn.

ECONYL® is a regenerated nylon yarn made from nylon waste. The source of this waste are pre and post consumer materials like fishing nets, carpet flooring, and industrial plastic found all over the world. It is completely circular, so no new resources are needed to make new products.

ECONYL® yarn is exactly the same as brand new nylon and can be infinitely recycled. MCM is proud to use ECONYL® regenerated nylon in our apparel and accessories not only because it’s beautiful, but also for its truly sustainable quality.
