Tatamu. Thanks to its soft rolls of mats, Tatamu can become anything you like to sit on, from a daybed to a Tatami, looking at famous Eileen Gray day bed. The transformative Tatami, meaning "to fold" in Japanese, introduces a modular sitting and infuses the whole collection with a touch of versatility, a global hue, inspiration from the international history of design and architecture. Inspired by Bauhaus’ colours and a fusion of eclectic influences from the East and West cultures, as per the MCM credo, which appreciates high cultural references Tatamu wears the primary colours such as yellow, red, blue and white of the famous German design school, while the cognac version combined with rattan, express all its elegance.

MCM products are meticulously constructed to endure for years to come, but occasionally the adventurous lives of our customers can take a toll.
We recommend that you store your products in the protective cloth dust bags that we provide in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or bright lights. Take care to avoid your leather products getting wet or stained. Should it get wet or dirty on the surface, dry with a lint free, light-colored, absorbent cloth. Never use soap or solvent.
Please avoid scratching or rubbing your products against abrasive surfaces. Over time, our delicate leather products will acquire a beautiful patina with the proper care.

For the continental U.S., we offer complimentary UPS ground shipping. We also offer expedited UPS services for 2 day shipping for $25, and next day shipping for $35. For Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, we offer 2 day shipping for $25, and next day shipping for $35. Please allow an extra 24-48 hours for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. 2 day and next day delivery orders must be placed by 2pm EST. For returns, we create each MCM item to be exceptional, but we understand that things sometimes don’t work out. With the exception of sale and final sale items, you can return anything from the MCM Online Store within 30 days of receipt.
